4. Curriculum and Program Licensing

The Diversion Center's school violence prevention curricula, workbooks, and program materials (including "Beyond the Trigger," "Anger Management Participant Workbook," "Healthy Hearts, Strong Voices," and the "Behavioral Threat Assessment System") are proprietary educational products. Purchase or licensing of these materials is governed by a separate licensing agreement.

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or resale of any curriculum materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Diversion Center does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Information provided on this Site regarding Project AWARE grants, SAMHSA funding, and other federal or state grant programs is provided for informational purposes only. Grant eligibility, allowable activities, and funding amounts are determined by the relevant federal and state agencies. The Diversion Center makes no guarantee regarding grant approval or funding amounts. School districts should verify current grant guidelines with their state education agency.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Georgia.
