ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Teen dating violence affects 1 in 3 young people in the United States. Healthy Hearts, Strong Voices addresses this crisis head-on with a structured, evidence-based curriculum designed specifically for girls in K–12 settings. The program builds the skills and awareness needed to recognize unhealthy relationships, set boundaries, and seek help.
Healthy Relationship Skills
Students learn to identify the characteristics of healthy vs. unhealthy relationships and develop communication skills.
Emotional Intelligence
Building self-awareness, empathy, and emotional regulation skills that protect against relationship violence.
Personal Safety Awareness
Practical safety planning, boundary-setting, and help-seeking strategies tailored for teenage girls.
Parent Workshop Integration
Includes parent workshop materials to extend learning into the home and strengthen family protective factors.
